Covid-19

Due to the pandemic we may need to operate a slightly different process, we will have to update these practices as things develop, and so are continually being reviewed.

How to buy one of our babies

Please be aware that we are unable to add people to the list until we know when and who we are breeding from. our girls need to be rested and new ladies are growing up.  Vets checks have to be done and prices worked out. All this information will be available by the end of Jan.  Once the litters are planned theres still a lot of work to be put in before we can announce a new pregnancy. We want to do this right for you and for our babies. Our plans are announced on January 31st for that year.

THE PROCESS

1) contact us with your name , address, email and phone number

2) We will send you an application to complete and return

3) We will then score your application and do our background checks.

4) You will then be advised if you have secured a place on the waiting list

5) will take a list of five families and three reserve names.

6) Once you are on the list  you will be given lots of support and advice as you prepare for your new arrival, you will of course be kept aware of the progress of your puppy from conception to the day you bring them home.

7)Once we know how many healthy babies we have, we will advise you if you have a potential puppy to view.

8) When puppy has reached 5 weeks old, and has met all their development criteria we will invite you to view your baby by appointment.  If you are happy with puppy and wish to go ahead with the adoption process, we ask that you secure it with a deposit of 10%.  you will be given a receipt which also confirms details of the puppy. This deposit will be non-refundable unless of course we are unable to proceed with the sale for any reason, in which case a full refund will be given within 3 working days.

9) We then carry on , growing, training, pand perfecting your baby ready for the big day when you can come and take them home to your family.

10) we ask that full and final balance is paid a few days before your collection day.  This is because there is a lot of paperwork involved in the final contract, setting up insurance details, and transferring the microchip and puppy ownership, all of which cannot be done unless you have paid the final balance.

once done we book you in for your collection slot, which wont take long as all paperwork will be ready for you.

YOU MUST provide your puppy with a suitable travel cage we will not allow your puppy to leave here on your lap in the car- we know you want to cuddle them, but please wait until you are safely at home.  it only takes one emergency brake and your puppy and you could be seriously injured or worse.

11) once home you can continue to contact us for advise and support if needed or refer to our training and guidance notes here on the website.  We want you to be happy with your baby and baby happy with you. were here to help. we offer three days 24 hour on call service to help with all your needs. We have a Facebook page where we post updates photos and videos and also offer advice.
